Mr. Christopher Penton
Assistant Principal
Christopher Penton is the Assistant Principal at Hancock High School. Mr. Penton has a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from William Carey University. He has been an educator for 13 years and has experience as a teacher, coach, and assistant principal. Mr. Penton began his career at Pearl River Central High School where he taught math and coached baseball, football, and powerlifting. In addition, he also taught math and coached football at East Central High School.
As an educator, Mr. Penton is passionate about students reaching educational excellence and meeting their full potential. He is excited about becoming a Hawk, and looking forward to serving as Assistant Principal of Hancock High School for the 2024-2025 school year. Mr. Penton is the proud father of four wonderful children. He enjoys football season and being outdoors with his family.
